WHO WE WANT:
We are seeking a Client Experience Associate to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals.  The Client Experience Associate plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Client Experience Associate is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner.
  • Handles incoming telephone calls. 
  • Sorts and distributes the mail.
  • Sends periodic client correspondence.
  • Handles all aspects of client gifting.
  • Handle Social Media postings.
  • Help advisors develop new business strategies.
  • Coordinates client and marketing events.
  • Oversees “WOW” process for new clients.
  • CRM data entry and organization.
  • Handles calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office. 
  • Orders and handles office supplies.
  • Coordinates outside vendors.
  • Communicates with clients in person, in writing, and over the telephone.
  • Filing reports and paperwork as needed.
  • Continuous education to be well versed in all existing programs and processes.
  • Works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure an efficient and streamlined office.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU NEED:

Requires:

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
      • A strong focus on getting the details right
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task.
      • Professional demeanor.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


Helpful:

    • Interest in and knowledge of financial markets, investment securities and insurance products.
    • Previous financial services industry experience.


Attendance is an essential function.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
